I have already finished assembling these two modules, but I am currently troubleshooting one of the mother boards. It seems to be a common issue among builders to have one channel or another failing to output audio. I can only assume because things are so tight between components and traces, it is easy to create an unseen short somewhere on the board. As soon as the issue is resolved I will be offering one for sale on my Reverb shop. Wish me luck!
Great news! I’ve recently updated my Reverb shop policies to include a one-year warranty on all hardware built by me. The official details are as follows:
Any hardware built by me is guaranteed to work as intended and comes with a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This covers defective components and improper assembly. It does NOT cover damage or malfunction resulting from the following: wrong power supply voltages, a backwards or reversed power cable connection, abuse or misuse of the hardware, accidental damage, lightning, power surges, other acts of nature, or causes determined by H. B. Cstudios to be the fault of the user. During the period of warranty, any defective hardware will be repaired at the expense of H. B. Cstudios. Upon receipt of payment, a serial number will be assigned to all hardware and issued via Reverb messaging. All hardware purchased after December 15, 2017 will also have this number affixed to it in the form of a small sticker label. Please keep track of this number for your records as you will be required to provide this form of identification in order to receive return authorization.
For those who have purchased hardware built by me in the recent past, I will be contacting you soon via Reverb to provide you with a serial number.
